Prices and production timelines quoted through this website, by email, or verbally are estimates until confirmed in writing as part of a formal order confirmation. A quote does not constitute a binding order until both parties have agreed on product spec, quantity, price, and timeline in writing.

2. Sampling and Approval
Every order goes through our standard sampling process. A physical sample is produced to your specifications and must be approved by you in writing before bulk production begins. Once a sample is approved, bulk production will match the approved sample’s spec (fabric, color, fit, and design). Changes requested after sample approval may affect price and timeline.

3. Minimum Order Quantities

4. Design Files, Artwork, and Intellectual Property
Your artwork and designs. You represent that you own or have the right to use any logo, artwork, trademark, or design you submit for production, and that its use does not infringe on any third party’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any design files, team names, or branding you provide.
Ownership of the finished product design. The specific garment design produced for your order (colorway, layout, and customization applied to your specification) belongs to you. Multi Stack Athletics retains the right to use general, non-identifying process and product photography for portfolio and marketing purposes. *(Confirm whether this requires opt-in or permission per client before publishing. 5. Payment Terms

7. Shipping and Delivery
